I like how you mention the horses as a "by the way", when that's clearly the highlight. Loved that photo of the horses on the ridge!

Spectacular shots Logan... I thoroughly enjoyed the entire video, and a big thumbs up to Todd & Robbie (awesome work capturing the highlights of the trip). The synchronized chanting in a cavern though :-) You gentlemen really Rock (no pun intended). Be well and stay encouraged!!!

Haven't been back to Big Bend since August 2004. The times before that were in the early 1980s. I'd like to go back again. Maybe next year...maybe not.

Definitely more film photography vids please. I used to live in Terlingua and love the Big Bend. 1-2 days is not enough time to really get a feel for that area and where to shoot. I understand why you went with the 35mm more given the time constraints of your trip. I shoot medium format film and much prefer a slowed down process. Scout, setup, shoot. I have spent an entire day just shooting one or two compositions on one roll of film. (10 shots on my 6x7).

Thanks, Thomas! Agreed. There's so much out there and it absolutely requires more time. The slowed down process is what makes film so great, I agree. Can't wait to get back out there in the coming months. - Logan

Film isn't that much of a mystery, with experience you should have a pretty good idea of what your shots will look like when you take them.

Shutterstock, why on earth would you show in a tutorial how to take images (film images, and grainy ones at that) that you would never accept on the platform due to technical issues? I have had so many images rejected for grain where I could barely see any grain at all, why would you encourage shooting film? I mean I love shooting film, I do it more than digital even, but it simply does not seem to meet the technical requirements for stock.
