Making a cheap AliExpress Radiator Guard Fit (Kind of) | Yamaha FZ1N

Bought this $48 Radiator Guard from AliExpress with low expectations.
I will admit I was surprised with it when I unwrapped it, but I wasn't surprised with how poorly it fit. But with some minor modifications, I was able to make it fit and follow the shape of the radiator.

You've gotta love it when you have to modify new parts to make them fit!

Well, I mean for almost $50 you can get very decent stuff from aliexpress. This thing should cost around $15 or $20 max. Seriously, I wouldn't be any close to pleased with this product. BTW, painting the radiator without thoroughly cleaning it was a bad idea.

Yeah, but making stuff fit can be fun. And rewarding when it works. BTW a new radiator is in the pipeline, and it was an incredibly light coat. Not going to hurt.

Shouldn't you replace all the bolts if there rounded Allen keys?
