Is there a way to have all the tooltips popup at the same position. So for example in an image regardless of where the hotspot is, the tooltip shows on the left hand side. I feel like this should be easy to do but I cannot get it to work with just CSS. Is the tooltip positioning always in relation to it's hotspot using javascript? Thank you

Only if the Hotspots are overlayed over the video widget, but you have to be careful that you don't stop the user from controlling the video. Use Custom Positioning to make them overlap.

Might be better to use a Hover Appear on Column - so when you hover on a column or container , then all of the tool tips appear.
