I accomplished this build in about an hour, give or take. I just followed along with the video, easily enough. I did have a problem with the coloring of the bricks making it a bit challenging to see in detail, however, it was straight forward enough. I didn't actually have all the little round one pieces, I needed to dig into my spare parts box for them, but fortunately I had them in spades. All good. Fun build. Thank you very much.
So I had seen this video a little while ago and thought it made for a cool build! Just yesterday I bought and built the set and felt like the wings were just a tad bit off on size. So I tore em apart and built this amazing tie interceptor, and I'm so glad I did! I wish this was in the official instructions as an alternative build because it's darn official looking!

This is a really great alternate build and great instructions love the design . I got the set two years ago and it has been looking kind of ugly on my display so then i searched up alternate builds for this set and i found this one .i love tie interceptors so now i have two tie interceptors in my display and boy does it look amazing on my display so you just gained a sub and a like 👍

Love the Tie Interceptor, NEVER saw the old one before this video, i built my own out of Darth Vaders Tie from the set that had the Y wing, my set was missing one of the 6x1xflat grey pieces so i had to improvise, unless i find one in my spare parts itll just be a bit of battle damage, thanks for this, thought this tie version looked a little smooshed

Really great alternative. Picked a second one of these up cheap from eBay to build it this way alongside the original one we had got new. They look great together. The video was a little hard to follow because of the brick colours I felt but the downloadable instructions were easy to follow 👍👍👍
Great, I had this box in my hands several times, and I didn't take it, but when Algorithm RUclips gave me this video, I was delighted.. It was yesterday, I bought it this morning and now it's on my shelf. Beautiful, looks great with Razor Crest, TIE Boomber, Inquisitor and Slave One, now my Star Wars collection is complete. You have style and knowledge, I advise you to do more alternative creations without more parts like this work, it could help your channel in its specialness. Thanks again. ✌️

WOAH! This is awesome you have to spend £80 or something for the tie Interceptor and a Mandalorian ship together and this will be just £15
I really like how you have managed to build this, great job! With the instructions now free, I can finally have it. The only thing that is bad about it is that if you put it down regularly, not a stand, It slightly damages the wings, making themselves easier to fall off. Otherwise, Good job!
Unfortunately I had to make some compromises to make the design look decent. Would look great on a stand though!

SO i tried the older version and of course the wings was a problem, but thankfully i designed it for a sith lord with a custom tie interceptor where the wings are just straight so techniucally the problem fixed itself.
