- In episode 5, we are continuing our new $1 Million real estate project!! Building a house is extremely enjoyable but building 3 houses is even better!! We were able to finish framing all 3 of the 2 story houses and seeing this complete has made this project really fun!! Framing 3 houses in 7 days was actually unreal!! Enjoy the video y'all!

Need metal straps or some connection point between the second floor sheathing and the floor system. The plywood should either lap over the floor system or use metal straps to prevent racking and keep continuity in shear value between the two floors.
This, plus lack of blocking, nailing pattern is short and a few other glaring issues.. Typical with the type of labor he is using. They rarely follow building codes..
