Definitely take it to the dealer to get it fixed; also the dealer can log the problem and share it with the motor company. This is how over time they amass all of their troubleshooting information to quickly assess unusual situations.
Does make you wonder what else is hiding deep inside there. You might want to at least show them the video so they can note it incase it does cause something funky down the road. Because if it does become an issue they can’t come back and say you did it when you painted the heat shield. See ya Friday my friend!
