Harry’s performance in the Felix Hold was nothing short of incredible. To push the WSM and ESM so hard was a credit to how hard he's training and the improvements he's making. I'm looking forward to one day seeing 3 Stoltman’s in the same contest.
This isn't a good event for Tom or Luke, they definitely need to work on grip strength
Harry is very resilient. Will help a lot in future events where grit really is the decider.

Welding a couple of lengths of 1/4" wall tubing across the legs of your hercules hold would stop it from being so bendy if you are picking up what I'm laying down.

I noticed the power stairs are also about that hop up to save time , looking at pudzianowski he did a hop up with both feet to save time and I can see novikov being that style aswell with his movement? But good luck let us know if there's any implements need building as your fans would help weld up some stairs like shaw has got on his new video???
Not sure which would be harder with the duck walk: setting it on the bench and then exerting the effort to return it to the floor or actually going up the stairs where you just have to move it up and yourself, as well.

Harry is coming on leaps and bounds. I think when he did the Hercules hold, because he knew the pain to expect on his second go, may have made it worse, that and the fatigue from first go. Luke is feeling confident for log lifts and rightly so, and Tom knows he’s gonna boss the stones.

Another thought: training near sea level but living at the highest altitude possible between workouts can increase your oxygen-carrying capacity, and in Scotland, you have that option close to hand.

I'm not sure if you guys know, but the chains are not connected at the same locations on both sides of the Hercules hold. Not sure if it makes a difference or not??? (EDIT: Looks like it was changed) Gonna be three spicy brothers in the future it seems.

Harry beats his top ten WSM brothers...this says that this strongman event is more about lactic gasses and less about pure strength. This also counts for forward hold and crucifix. They should use heigher weights / shorter times for real strength.
I honestly can’t tell if those mirafit 20kg plates are smaller than standard plates or if they just look ridiculously small compared to these giants 😂😂
