INGREDIENTS :(for 1 kg chicken )
For 1st marinade:
Chicken-1 kg
Curd-3 tbsp
Ginger paste-1tsp
Garlic paste-1 tsp
Pepper powder-3/4 tsp
Salt-1/2 tsp
For 2 nd marinade:
Coriander leaves-1/2 cup
Small onion-1/2
Green chillies-2
Ginger-1 small piece
Garlic-4 cloves
Maggi chicken stock-1/4cube(optional)
Arabic masala-4 tbsp
(Arabic masala:
For 1 kg chicken 👇🏻
Ingredients :
Kashmiri dried red chillies-3
Dried red chillies-5
Cardamom-5
Coriander seeds-1 tbsp
Pepper-1 tbsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds-1 tsp
Bay leaves-if u have
Dried lemon-1
Cinnamon stick-3
Cloves-5)

Hi Maam,
The Al Faham chicken you showed after grilling looks like dry, not juicy. This can happen if it is overcooked. Also flipping the pieces in the middle of frying will give us better results. Anyways your marination is very good..Thanks
