Kiki was tired (from single matches I guess). Ashley is smart, her forehand is so strong (and net). At the start HS were rushing, trying to come up with "something", in the second they calmed down. In the end, Hsieh raised her level for a few points, which helped HS team; noticed her funny biceps gesture? :-) I was happy to see HS prevail in the end: great *team* work over great two single players, and the final match point highlighted their team work: Barbora chased an unimaginable ball and Su magically reached and pushed it over the net, to win the match!

I rarely watch women tournaments. But today is cold, not much to do yet, so I watching this 2020 Brisbane Double. I am not surprising Hsieh’s coach frustrated- Hsieh not hitting like a pro- she should joins the 50’s club.
1. That match point - wtf did Hsieh do? It’s so out of this world. Awesome save by strycova there i thought her lob would go out but it didn’t. 2. It’s so cute that Hsieh’s and stryc didn’t even jump up for joy at the end. Were they shell shocked or still winded from the point. Regardless it came out as classy and not in your face , even though they had every right to.

Additional note- Strucova is exceptionally well done on her roles and duties. Hsieh- just too much for her partner to carry on. 1:24 just too soft and not readiness. Both won by luck.

All audience were cheering for Barty/Bertens but Hsieh/Strycova manage the pressure and win the match, that's what we call fighting spirit.
