I live in Ohio. I do not need an attorney but had a question about law in Tennessee. I just watched a video of a process server, serving an eviction notice on a family. They claimed they did not know they were being evicted that day. He told them the minute he walks in the door he has possession of the house. What angered me was the process server had 4 guys with them to set everything in the outside while it was raining. Everything out there was getting soaked. The sofa, tv, etc. Although someone is getting evicted, I thought the law allowed them to make an appointment and come back within a week to collect all their stuff. He threw it all out in the front yard while it was raining. Also, since it is a youtube video, he can record his eviction. Doesn't he have to have permission from the family when he uploads it to youtube to make money on? It disgusted me that he uploads these videos of people at their worst time while he makes money. If they claimed he stole or damaged something, he has pictures and video for court, but to upload it for commercial purposes is a whole other story in my opinion. I'd like to see this family sue him for setting that stuff out to get ruined. ruclips.net/video/jgNRpFVITic/видео.html
