Does the kitchen have pots and pans and stuff since I like to cook my own food? Are those the monthly rates ? $300 and $400 per month I might stay for 3 weeks so it seems to be a better value to just rent for the full month?
its more of a hotel & pretty busy , so thats per week. Contact the hotel directly for a possible discount. They may ask for the payment in full or a pre-payment if they offer a discount
If you want a little more quiet, ask for a room on the 2nd floor in the back of the building. That way, you wont hear that road noise on the side of the building.

Slow season around $40/night. High season around $50/night. Probably the best bang for your buck in Sosua.
