The thing that throws people about Joss is that when she talks she has this squeaky high-pitched and childishly inflected voice but when she opens her mouth to sing she suddenly is a woman with a powerhouse set of pipes full of deep soul. And she's been like that since she debuted at 16. Amazing.

Add all that to the fact she has more personality in her little finger than most have in the whole of their bodies and you have one hell of a nice person.
