Well, that 'Crapcom' at least gave you so many X, Zero, and Axl armors along with a lot more characters with a offline ver. They could have simply left the game without offline mode like other companies
I was checking mods yesterday for the first time and wow this one is great they keep all abilities of the X6 the charged dash, the buster, even the giga attack, damn capcom why never give more love to this game when it was online, but oh well gaming community to the rescue

Question what megaman characters are you planning on adding next? Any classic megaman characters or megaman zx forms? Like model h model p? Or just variants of characters?
All I can say is that the characters you mentioned are not currently part of their team's development plans. If you want to know who the next custom character will be, joining their Discord server would make it easier to keep track of their latest updates. Sometimes, even planned custom character projects can change or be canceled.
We were debating that not too long ago. Unfortunately, without a solid plan to work with, the boys who made this can't really do anything. They also need a break - this was their most ambitious project yet.

First one's impossible, second one's insanely hard to code. Third one might be doable but it involves bullet behavior that isn't well understood yet.

The mod only works for the STEAM version.
Android/iOS are not currently supported at this time.
