Great video! I just started a holy priest, level 56 right now. No arena yet but mostly battlegrounds. Lots of fun. I’m also switching back and forth between this one and the restoration shaman. I cannot decide which one to focus on to lvl to 70. Not sure which one is better at level 70 if I try to get into arena healing. Any suggestions? Thank you!
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it! Personally I like both Resto Shaman and Holy Priest. I think Holy priest right now is a bit stronger and a bit more forgiving. Resto shaman has a very high skill cap and you can get punished easily if you don’t trade cds effectively.
I have no idea how you guys manage to play heals/casters at a high level. I'm stuck around 1600 in 3v3 solo shuffle as a Holy Priest. The amount of CC from silences/interrupts/stuns is unreal. I have been stuck unable to cast for a solid 10 seconds at times and I have *no idea* how to mitigate that. I'm almost at the point of giving up playing because every time I queue into an arena I know I'm going to be playing a minigame of "how do I avoid CC?" and I do more of *that* than actual healing. I'm also not good at the CC minigame :P Kudos to the rest of you because the CC is killing me.

You gotta utilize divine hymn more. With all the talents + pvp talent it’s like 30% more healing for 30 seconds. Use it often and early

Thank you! Yeah it can definitely feel like a mini game of avoid the cc! Especially into certain comps where none of their stuff DRs.
