Is it acceptable or possible to start practicing about and learning about Islam prior to converting if you just want to experience islamic culture or you want to grasp basics prior to saying shahada
Yes for sure I’m a convert and I honestly started out slowly, learning how to pray, taking Islamic courses, taking your time before saying your shahada is totally ok. But I knew in my heart that Islam resonated with me and this was the answer I was looking for, if anyone judges well… they aren’t the ultimate judge so don’t feel pressured
@@Aweea_ many thanks for that i was asking as i sometimes get impression that some people decide to convert whereas it would be better to learn about practices live Islamicly etc so when you do convert you can hit the ground running so to speak. also i don't think id personally want to convert to Islam but im curious about it and want to experience bits of the culture and practices.
