The sad part is PennDot used so much salt on the last two mini storms just trying to use it all up that they didn't plow or salt properly this storm. There should be an investigation in to why they are not cleaning the roads this time when there is actual snow and ice on the roads.
@@dm45867 It just seems the two mini storms we had before this PennDot went nuts trying to use up all their salt and put everyone to work. This storm around 6PM the night these five people died I went to get a pizza and most of the roads were a total mess with no salt and no snow removal. My brother, 30 miles away, mentioned the same thing. A 3 to 5 inch storm is a challenging day when there are 200 plow trucks in the area? I am in Clarks Summit, just few miles from this accident, and there was no -2 temps.
