I got a breast reduction in '97! One of the best decisions I made for my frame. Back was on fire and I had the worst time buying bras. Even though it was years ago, I remember the struggle.
I will probably get one in a few years as well. They definitely carry a lot of weight and I agree with the bra part. Our bras are so expensive.

There is a holistic route to the back pain that large breast cause. You can do the overhead lifting exercise that focuses on the pecs (it’s a natural breast lift) and then back exercises that focus on the main muscles in the back can alleviate the pain. It is recommend that a posture check every now and then helps you maintain a good posture that prevents back pain.

I got a breast reduction a little over a year ago. One of the best decisions I made! I went from a DDD to a small C. They are perky too! Lol I can go braless if I want!
I’m in a size 6 pants…so my back was killing me because I was so top heavy.

Hey dyamond I've been watching your channel for a min, we had our baby girls around the same time .. but anyway I've also struggled with getting rid of my belly fat , but I did try the smoothie cleanse for 7 days , and girl, let me tell you , you will lose the weight fast without even working out , so imagine the results with a good daily workout do that clean every other week. And eat low carbs. Under 30 when your not cleansing keep working out and the weight will melt off you fast and easy I was 235 and now I'm 172 I only have 20 pounds to reach my goal . Just a little weight loss advice.. 😘

We were able to get our son to stop using the pacifier right before he turned a year old because we changed it to the one for older babies and he hated the new shape so he no longer wanted it - lol. I guess the new shape felt weird to him - lol. It worked out perfectly for us. He only used it when it was time for him to go to sleep so he did not miss it. I say although your daughter is older, still try to find one with a different shape...it might work.

What's inside comes outside so you have to tackle the cause rather than the effect of what is causing the breakout. It could be your diet or even the face mask causes break outs on sensitive skin.
Girl I’m so lost. For months my skin will be scar free and acne free & out of nowhere I look like a pizza face girl ☹️ it’s so annoying. I have adjusted my diet so many times I just stop eating sometimes lol. My dr recommend birth control for acne and another to help with extremely over produced oil..

A good idea to weaning Ari from the paci is starting at 1 years old. Keep it out of sight, give it to her when it’s nap time and bed time. Replace the paci with fruits and veggie (finger food) and remind her often no more pacifier and also create a rhyme you and Travis can sing to her to keep her mind off of the paci, she really don’t want to the pacifier but it’s all she knows, so pretend to toss it away but allow her to do it. So buy a few look alike maybe from Dollar Tree as ones to toss away. Until she understands. Hope this helps.

I got a breast reduction when I was 23 was a great decision but I made the mistake in hurrying up back to work and messed up my healing process.

I just took my two year binky(pacifier) and let him cry for three days straight in he forgot about it now it’s the bottle that’s killing me because I did good for two weeks and one day he cried so bad in my mom said she wasn’t gone watch him while I run to the store so I gave in it gave it to him now it’s hard taking it back 😩 but just let her cry for a couple of days and hide them
You know how many waxing appointments I have canceled some people take there child in the back but it’s a no for me.

I just threw the pacifiers away and let them cry for the day..They didn't want it or need it the next day. I got a breasts reduction and happy for the pain relief..Wish I went to another doctor though. Still trying to figure out how to get rid of the scars though.

I pray your surgery and recovery goes well, you are naturally beautiful, the eyelash volume is too much for face and eyes. Go with less volume for a realistic natural look.

I threw all my daughter pacifiers away when she was 1 so she wouldn’t see them & not ask for them. And trust it was her best friend but she got over it really fast.

I took his pacifier cold turkey at 10 months he’s now 18 months and he did cry for about 30 /45min (crushed me🥹 but I was strong for both of us 😩)and never looked back 🤷🏾♀️
He literally never cared about it again.
