Thats my brisket. Hasnt smoked in a while but hes still got the smokin touch. I set it on my table gave me and my wife some on our plates and let the family fight for the rest. They were savages, it was gone in 20 minutes, lol. I wanted to get some pics for reactions but i turned around and they ate it all.
Looks good! I laughed at "don't wanna use my hand, afraid to mess it up.." then rams a fork right through the middle of it.
