They want to treat us, not cure us.
I believe most health concerns are cause by parasites in our bodies as we are mammals just like dogs and horses.
Dogs and horses get dewormed because they can't pay to be treated as humans can

When I said to my doctor for my diet about Grave's desies, she said "well done". And she sais to me, to stop also caffeine and hot peppers. I'm on a properly vegan diet (prescribed me from another dr.) and came into remission for 2 months. But stress regulation and good sleeping are huge factors, not only diets.

I was diagnosed ten years ago with hypothyroidism, not long after grieving from a loss and high levels of stress, the doc wanted to wack me on meds straightaway , I had no idea what it was when I questioned I was told there’s nothing I can do it’s a disease and I would be on meds for the rest of my life , i dived right into finding anything on line to at least naturally heal and bring down my 8.4 level , gluten free , whole organic foods no sugar alcohol, selenium, mag, kelp, zinc, Vit d in 6wks my level came down to 4.0 still at these results doc said I still want you to go on meds ... I said Nope I’m good ... and have managed my own health successful with keto and IF 😌

Well done! I'm curious did you have any Hypothyroidism symptoms? I had a blood test and my Serum TSH level was 8.53 mU/L and my doctor gave me no advice and said he will do my bloods in 3 months time. According to that number I'm Subclinical Hypothyroidism and have no symptoms, I've also gone online watch RUclips vids and just stop having gluten, gone suger free, no process foods and taking selenium and iodine,Zinc, Vit D, like yourself. Hopefully this all should help my levels in 3 month's time🤞

With the amazing info we can nourish our bodies and live a hopefully a good quality of life instead of dying slowly and painfully from a disease 😌

There is no specialist in auto-immune problems. Each specialist works on the RESULTS of autoimmune disease on organs or joints, etc. DOCTORS NEVER ADDRESS CAUSE BECAUSE THEY ARE FORCED TO PRESCRIBE DRUGS AS THE STANDARD OF CARE. That and they don't know anything about it. For them autoimmune problems are an act of God like lightening or something. Comes out of nowhere and is never treated. The ignorance in medicine is literally criminal.

I am sad to say that patients in Australia have the same reactions when you ask the Doctor about taking certain herbal medications and certain foods. I don't understand why they act in this manner, talking to an old Doctor with many years of service who didn't push you out the door after 10 minutes. I was getting some answers regarding my hypothyroid and how he started treating me with herbal medications and blood tests. Some blood tests were questioned by the laboratory. Unfortunately, the Doctor passed away and I carried on with what he told me.
Seeing a new Doctor and asking for certain blood tests and herbal meds, he kinda grunted and didn't answer me.
I was put on Levothyroxathin which is causing me many side effects.
Happy to have found this video, thank you Doctor for this in-depth information.

When I was diagnosed w/Hashimotos-hypothyroidism, I had just gone through a very traumatic event, was not eating right, and had the pre-disposition as my father has it. I went to my Dr. when I was extremely fatigued. My Dr at that time just told me my thyroid hormones were whack, prescribed me Levothyroxine, and sent me on my way out. There was Zero talk of diet/lifestyle changes that could help. I’ve had my TPO levels drastically go down by doing the keto diet, along with/my symptoms of hypothyroidism lessening or gone. I pray that one day all Doctors will be on the same page as you, Dr. Osborne. Thank you for all you do! We appreciate you! 🙏🏻😊

    2. Dr. Put me on Armour, strict diet for 12 months, selenium, chromium…
    3. Regained vigor tremendously!
    4. My doctor was forced out of his practice due to his avant-garde approach.
    5. I went to a new doctor with my paperwork…she laughed and threw my folder in the trash in front of me. She wanted to immediately put me on synthryoid.
    6. I tried synthyroid
    and felt awful and quit.
    7. About 10 years later this doctor wrote me a letter to apologize that she didn’t offer me Amour.
    8. I believe she herself developed hypothyroidism.
    9. Not long thereafter, I heard that she was shutting down her practice. I trust she is now well.

Synthroid is useless on 98% of people. It's T4 only and inative. You need T3 and that's why Armour was better for you. Most might need more T3 on top of that since it's only 20% T3. TSH is not a good test. Make sure you are all tested for T3, free T3 and Reverse T3.

Most MD's DO NOT listen and now the med profession is having old hypothyroid patients seeing NP's which will only follow the standard practice of tx. No thinking out of the box. Problems caused by to much interference the the healthcare field by THE government and insurance companies. COMPETENT MD's that got into the profession need to take control over healthcare so we we have real HEALTHCARE and NOT glorified (and expensive) pill pushers. We are individuals and needed to be treated as individual patients. This is coming fron an acute care RN of 45 years in practice. Healthcare has deteriorated since government got involved in an area they do not KNOW or UNDERSTAND. Government can not even run our country effectively currently.

I am male and On my next birthday, I will be 80 years old. In my entire life, I have never had a medical doctor or healthcare provider ever ask me what I was eating, even when I suffered a very severe case of ulcerative colitis. I have mostly eaten a carnivore diet for the last couple of years. Is everything perfect? No, but it's one hell of a lot better than just sitting at home and taking pills, which not only did not help but seemed to, in the long run, make things much worse. I now take no medications are all medication's wrong, no I think there are some good ones but the following question to ask is do we take way too many medication's I think the answer to that is a big yes.. Listen to your doctor, but then with the help of the Internet!!!!!! Make your own decisions!!!!!!

I found out a second cousin of mine has Hashimoto's when I started looking up videos on youtube I realized all these people where having most of the symptoms I've been dealing with for several years now. I had tried speaking with my GP's over the years about specific symptoms not thinking they could be related or I'd think maybe it was caused by medication I've been taking. But every time I brought something I was concerned about they were make it seem like I must be not getting enough sleep (exhausted all the time) or I'm just getting old (when I asked at 27 about my joint pain which has gotten worse over the years. I assumed it was side effects my cholesterol meds or statins cuz I couldn't think what else it could be but going off them didn't help me) or the latest very severe now one that is very troubling to me which is fog brain & memory problems. I'm scared I'm gonna lose my job at this point because I literally feel stupid, I forget so much it literally feels like IQ dropped completely. I'm 37 years old and my mother at 67 has better memory then I do.
Last year I was rushed to the ER, I started having all these issues with gas I guess that filled up my chest cavity made it hard to breathe & had pain in my chest I thought it was my heart (I have familial hypercholesterolemia, found out I had high cholesterol at age 17 & my younger sister was 14 who has it as well) but then I started having inflamed intestines very tender and painful with if felt like anything I ate so I went on a liquid diet for a week only drinking chicken broth, water, and tea. I was scared to eat anything. Then I started eating chicken and very very slowly adding some things back I was terrified the pain & bloating would come back. It's been a full year now the only thing I know for certain is Gluten definitely causes my intestines to inflame but I've had only minimum dairy too. I know I need blood test to confirm Hashimoto's but I'm scared I spent so much money & time over the years getting tested for anything the GP could think of and none of them came back abnormal. They started talking to me like it was all in my head or that I was a hypochondriac so I stopped going to the doctors completely, I've lost faith in doctors so it's been a full year since I've seen one but I'm still struggling bad with symptoms the brain fog & memory loss being the worst at the moment, fatigue always plagues me, & a few days ago the joint pain came back with a vengeance after being gone for at least 6 months now (I don't know why it's back). I would like to have confirmation that I'm not crazy and it is Hashimoto's I just haven't worked up the nerve to go back to the doctor yet, I can't take the disappointment of not having a name for it or being treated like a crazy person or nuisance again by the doctors/nurses.

Yes, gluten can cause thyroid problems. Especially if you have Celiac Disease. I have Celiac Disease and had hypothyroidism until I was diagnosed and went gluten free. My thyroid is now normal. If you are gluten sensitive or have CD gluten can cause many problems. I had gallbladder inflammation stabbing gut pain, diarrhea , throwing up, anxiety, severe panic attacks, restless leg, insomnia, fatigue, brain fog, anemia, vitamin deficiencies, thyroid problems and depression. I thought I was going to die. All of that stopped after going gluten free. There are many symptoms caused by gluten. Lady, you need to do some research. 2 weeks after I quit gluten (it was that or surgery) my endocrinologist called and asked me what I had done since my levels were back to normal. "Thats not possible you know that aswell as I do, it takes 24 months on medications" I said I had only quit gluten and he sat for 30 seconds dead quiet before he said "Well....we (doctors) dont know everything.." Admitting this could be.
I also quit dairy but not until I had 5000IU's of vitamin D a day, did I start to really heal. I went from bedridden to doing martial arts but if I mess with the dose vitamin D, its down into fatigue, then depression and the extreme muscle tensions followed by anxiety so wont be doing that again. After several years of complaining that I have gut issues, I’m achey, exhausted and don’t feel well, I finally cried. My doctor decided I’m depressed and switched me to different meds. Rather than believe me that all the meds messed up my gut, doc thinks a switch to different meds is the answer. I was told I need an antidepressant added to my arsenal of prescriptions and of course, says my bloodwork is fine. My doctor was very concerned about me doing an elimination diet of course…in 2 days of carnivore, my inflammation and Gerd was nearly gone. I ended up having bloodwork done with a functional med group which revealed that my T3 is very low among other vitamins and minerals. Sadly, I’m having lots of internal tests done because my gut is wrecked. Traditional doctors only want to write prescriptions. I’m grateful for your resources online! Thank you for excellent presentation dr Osborne. Finally you show relation of thyroid problems to toxic substances. My thyroid problem started when I lived couple months away from home, about 3-4 miles from Savannah Paper Mill. Changing winds were pushing all horrible fumes to my apartment complex in Pooler. Came back home very sick, discovered that my thyroid/goiter needed immediate medical attention. It was 20 years ago, lately I was forced to remove my thyroid.

Listen to Dr. Osborne. I listened to an Endocrinologist of a big Clinic and regret my choice, which was Radioactive Iodine to destroy thyroid function, or surgical removal of my thyroid. No. Other. Choices. I asked if it was my 1st flu shot that caused this to happen just nine months later. Doctor was annoyed but firmly stated NO, no way. I see in today's medical arena and what's happening with the 'jabs' that I may have gotten a weakened immune system after that first flu shot. Depending on what was put into that shot. Anyway; I made my choice for Radioactive Iodine. Bad choice. The Grave's Antibodies went to my eyes, and shins. I got over the shin part easily but my eyes got a rather bugged-out look. Painful, too. My hair fell out in droves. Eyebrows almost gone. None of it growing back. Dr. Osborne makes good sense and he's willing to help people avoid the two choices I received in 2008. I was foolhardy to say the least. Be smart if you have Thyroid diseases. Find the doctors who want to cure, rather than maintain. Just my suggestion which is based on my health history and the bad decision I made which was based on a Clinic Protocol that had nothing to do with healing. Thank you.

I'm not even quarter way through and loving it. I see a naturopathic practitioner after giving up on the medical system except for emergencies and operating. What I have learnt over the last 20 years is the medical system loses a customer with preventative measures so a doctor is never taught what our bodies actually need and when they do know they are not allowed to say.
