That was a great idea to do a short virtual walk through Hildesheim. It's a very nice place to visit and to look around. There should be more videos like it to show more … in the summer time!
Hildesheim used to be one of the Most Beautiful Citys in the World. With Frankfurt, Braunschweig and Kassel was Hildesheim the City of Fachwerkhäuser. Hildesheim got bombed in March 1945 and 1400 of 1600 Fachwerkhäuser got destroyed
the area they walked through is only really for pedestrians, you see a police car from time to time but normally there are no cars there. in the city most transportation is busses or simply walking, since it isnt actually that big anyways
