History reckons, Kuttanadu as a region, which was under the reign of Chera dynasty that ruled over ancient Kerala. The major occupation in Kuttanadu is cultivation of rice. Here the song narration is based on one of the stories from ancient Kerala. Various characters come into role play which is depicted by the dancer.
