Whistle Blowers are challenging to handle, both for the company and for the FAA. Whistle blowers come in all shades of grey. Some can be of great value , others are driven to be attention seekers who have little to no information about what they are talking about and are are driven by ego enhancing behavior. Seperating the good from the bad is challenging to say the least.

I agree somewhat, but when people are alerting to safety issues you may seem irrational! How many times does someone have to bring a problem to someone’s attention and it being ignored before it gets attention? I mean the proper attention!! Boeing only shows things that makes them look good!!

The ratio of inspector should be one inspector for every 10 mechanics. So he’s pretty much saying there is no inspection.
