Hai mam, I've used wall putty... Its mostly available in hardware shops or shops where house painting materials sold.
I haven't used POP, so I don't know whether it works the same way. If you try with POP please let me know the result 😃👍

yes dear, you can do this art directly on the wall, please add fevicol and less water (don't make the paste too loose)
