every movement remy makes -- defense first. Look how short his hooks are, with his hand barely even leaving the defensive guard -- it sacrifices power, but it's accurate and risks him almost nothing. I think it's why everyone has trouble with him. I'd focus entirely on his body. His kicking game's his strongest offensive area, so leg kicking with him is probably playing right into his strengths. His head is in a turtle shell at almost all times., and he's very skilled at picking off a lead right or 1-2 with his left arm the way he folds it over his head. His body is what's there. A body power puncher or quick body kicker is what's needed to get to Remy in a technical fight.

Melvin Manhoef was smaller and even at least as big a heart. Also heavyweight nevertheless. The problem with both fighters was that you could avoid trouble, if you were able to see their fast bursts of punches coming. Love em both though!
