This type of writ is commonly used to take property from an individual wrongfully in possession of it and return it to its rightful owner.
She was fantastic. Amazing performance.
"IF I am given the money in advance, now here is what I have to say about that sadle," is the *best line*
This girl is outstanding she should have gotten an Oscar for this.
"I would not pay $325 for a winged pegasus!" 😆
She really was such a great actress for her age here. You can't help but laugh when she starts haggling with this shyster. You see it right on his face when he realizes he's not up against the ordinary, insipid little girl.
I want to know what she had to say about that saddle tho...🐴
it my fathers so you cant have it but you can buy it off me for 10$
Whatever she said ... convinced him. She walked away with it.
@@kauskommentator4145 Yes obviously. Gosh, you're a lot of fun arent you?..
The writing for this film is so enjoyable to listen to. Incredibly witty and amusing... "winged Pegasus" indeed. 😆 I've watched it multiple times just to catch lines I might've missed.
every scene in this movie's a classic :)
Hailee Steinfield did a fantastic job her acting was brilliant. She has talent.
A writ of replevin. Wow.
Thanks for spelling it for me. Now it's easy to look up.
"A writ of replevin is a prejudgment process ordering the seizure or attachment of alleged illegally taken or wrongfully withheld property to be held in the U.S. Marshal’s custody or that of another designated official, under order and supervision of the court, until the court determines otherwise. This type of writ is commonly used to take property from an individual wrongfully in possession of it and return it to its rightful owner."
A _WHAT_?
This scene is a masterpiece.
I would not pay three hundred and twenty-five dollars for a winged Pegasus!
