I have this in my building. It takes lot of time for the stack to move up and down. You have to keep the key turned, hands pain and makes you frustrated. It requires nearly 1:30 mins for the entire operation. Request to make the system faster by using bigger hydraulic lines and cylinders

I doubt it is for public parking.
They don't show it, just assumed it can't.
It's probably applicable for rental business or similar single owner scenario
