I`ve recently attended one of Pujol`s concerts a couple of months ago. This was his closing piece, and he also stated that it is dedicated to his wife. And I felt his love for her, through his music. After the concert, my wife and I went to him backstage to congratulate him, and I told him that he must love his wife very much. He said, with tears in his eyes: Don`t get me wrong. I love what I do, going on concert tours and playing my music, having masterclasses, and so on... But this is the hardest, being away from her. For 38 days... it`s a lot. I talk to her everyday on phone. I miss her very much!

@@MichaelAddlesee thank you that's good. I've grown to love this man's music he deserves to be along side the guitar composer greats such as Barrios, Brouwer and Villa Lobos.
@@christofinb Absolutely! I've only recently discovered his music, but this piece I heard a few days ago, and instantly fell in love with it. Now I can nearly play it from memory already.🥰 It's really brilliantly composed - (and as you say, like Villa-Lobos, especially), the piece simply falls under the fingers, making it a sheer pleasure to play.

Who is the actual guitarist ?
It is Maximo Diego Pujol playing the guitar. I did the videography for a concert he gave in Cambridge about a year and a half ago.
