- Each Chaos Emerald gives you an unique power in Sonic Superstars. After collecting all of them, you can also turn super! Here's my video showing all the powers and how to use them.

It’s really awesome to see the emeralds each have their own abilities now
Chaos Emeralds Elemental Powers
Red: 🔥
Blue: 💧
Purple: ⚡
Cyan: ❄️
Yellow:⛰️
Green: 🌱
White:🌬️

I like how the red emerald bullet is a better version of the burst wisp.
I remember Sega saying the Emerald Powers were based on the Wisps
I so badly want to see someone make a mod where it's replaced with the Burst announcer and original theme (both from Colors DS)

This is the classic version, though, your right about that.
any emerald can use chaos control
I would assume that unlike emerald powers, chaos control can be used by any chaos emerald, even fake ones
Chaos control is the manipulation of the energy coming from all emeralds (including the master emerald) so it can be done with anything with any chaos power within it (Biolizard Can do it without having a chaos emerald at hand since it absorbed lots of chaos energy from the master emerald)
The nature power is just more of a power only the green one has it gives more access to than other emeralds
I love to imagine the idea of Shadow using his green emerald to grow trees just so he can jump out and shout “THAT BLUE HEDGEHOG AGAIN OF ALL PLACES”

Huh, you know it never dawned on me to look at Super Sonic’s idle animation in any game. Neat.
Personally, I like the idea that the Emeralds have their own individual powers to make them more identifiable instead of just a power boost, kind of similar to PMTTD with the Crystal Stars.
Hmmm the blue emerald power might be playing into sonic frontiers.
remember in the super sonic boss fight against giganto if you do super sonics special move he duplicates himself to do more damage on him?

Why don't SEGA make real super forms for Knock Knock and Tails and Amy instead for giving them just a brighter color, why don't they give them special shapes like Sonic has? 😠

To be fair even the other two super hedgehogs (shadow and silver) barely change in appearance compared to Sonic who looks like a completely different character
to be fair only sonic the 2 hedgehogs can control the CE knuckles is a guardian of the ME so only the 3 hedgehogs can use it
Knock Knock is now knuckles' new official name
So Amy's ability on white emerald reminds me "Hammer bro" from Mario.

The LEGO skins don't have LEGO super forms unfortunately.
@@DanielDXprobably didn't want to leak the designs for it like they did with Lego Knuckles, or they aren't ready yet.
Here we have Amy and Trip borrowing powers from the Mario series, Amy throwing multiple hammers is reminiscent from Hammer (Suit) Mario and Trip throwing Fireballs reminiscent from Fire (Flower) Mario

If any emerald should have the power to freeze time it should be that damn 4th Chaos Emerald. I mean come on, shadow has used time freeze with the green emerald in Sonic 06!

So, I'm at Golden Capital Act 1, and I got the Blue, Red and Purple emerald, I think I missed some, Can I still get them without loosing my progress and Do I loose them all if I turn Super
You can always collect Chaos Emeralds at any time. You can even go back to previous stages. And yes, you keep your Chaos Emeralds if you turn Super as any character.

Yes she is. After beating the end boss, you will then unlock Trip as a playable character and even a new story for her.

That's right!
Can you play this on Nintendo switch
Yes, you can play Sonic Superstars on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, Xbox and PC.
The last emerald is sooo hard to get!
Here are some tips for the last special stage:
*1.* If you just move straight ahead, and you're fast enough, you can get this emerald easy
*2.* If you didn't know yet, you can also use the bombs to get further. You just can't get close enough to the bomb, or else it explodes

The game is called "Sonic Superstars", like the video title suggests. It's available for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, Xbox and PC.

The Chaos Emeralds should not give players power-ups similar to the ones in Super Mario Bros. When all the Emeralds are retrieved, the one power-up players get is the Super Sonic one and nothing else. SEGA TEAM can't go about nicking power-ups from Super Mario Bros. That's plain cheating.

It's not nicking power ups from Mario lol. Mario isn't the end all and be all of platformer powerups, and the majority of these have nothing to do with Mario to begin with. They're an evolution of the concept SEGA tried with wisps, but done in a less obtrusive and pacebreaking way. It's a very welcome addition
Inspiration Left the Chat TBH 💀💀💀.Also there's like More than 50 Power-Ups in the Mario Universes.The Mecahnic of the Power-Ups in Sonic Superstar is TOTALLY DIFFERENT to the Mario Verse.Cuz There's time limit before you lose your power-Ups but in Mario Games, ONE Hit and you loose your Power-Ups.
