- Welcome back to a day in my life: work edition. I talk about something I have been deeply working on which is the mindful connect and relationship I am building with my body. In this vlog, I share a meditation technique that keep me deeply connected to my body. This connection is not just about physical health; it’s about recognizing our body as a place of life, a source of all our actions and experiences. It’s about seeing our body as a sacred space that allows us to experience the richness of life, to engage fully in our work, and to embrace every moment with love and gratitude.

Thank you for opening up about your skin journey. From everything I’ve learned with detoxing, if the toxins don’t come out through your bowels or sweating, they’ll come out your skin. Make sure you’re having a bowel movement 1-3 times per day and sweating (which I’m sure you are with working out). Taking a binder can also help mop up the toxins so they don’t cause breakouts. I’ve found a lot of those high protein product like drinks is what causes my stomach problems and skin problems! I’m not saying this is the cause for you, but it defiantly affected me! I rarely eat any snacks now unless it’s fresh fruit or home made, I tend to avoid anything packeted unless it’s Greek yogurt and I just up my portions for food to accomodate :) I got hit with acne at 23 and now at 28 my skin is so clear I honestly leave the house most days with no makeup! Hope this helps :) x
