Dope video as usual. You are basically describing the the present value of costs technique where alternatives are compared based on cost alone. Also worth mentioning when deciding on whether to make use of outsource services is using a cost/benefit ratio technique to get an really accurate prediction of the best choice. Where benefits to be gained are added to the equation. Although might be difficult for the average Billy & Mandy to quantify benefits. Anyway... keep up the great work!

What would be the best way to ship glass bottles of water? Due to weight and glass being fragile, we run into issues with shipping via USPS & UPS. Is there a solution for this?

Great video, very creative. Just to confirm, Lumi is just for manufacturing the packaging and not for finding suppliers correct?

Actually, the opposite! Lumi is a platform where you can find the perfect suppliers for your supply chain. www.lumi.com/

hi guys, can you advise me? my startup is going to launch products and I am still not sure if I should package it on my own and deal with all the issue with ordering etc. (I will not use amazon for the moment as I build the brand first), the point is as I am only gong to launch I have no idea about the costs and the potential demand, what if I wake up one day and have 50 orders? and the next day 150? as I do everything on my own, SEO, webdesign and marketing, this service would be actually better to be outsources from the start...

You can shop around and get to know your options. Outsourcing may come with minimum shipments, so you may have to start shipping in house and scale up when you meet the minimums.

Yes. Many companies outsource from the beginning and it’s actually cheaper due to leveraging purchasing power from 3pl with carriers. Www.yourlogisticscorp.com
