      Yay! So glad you found the video helpful Che. What I also really found very useful is not to see the "traditional" hard emotions as bad. That it's okay to feel sad, angry, frustrated just as much as to feel happy, grateful and joyful. Have a wonderful New Year to you and your family!

      So glad it was helpful Dee. And remember our moods are just messages telling us we feel certain ways because of something that happened. And sometimes it’s okay to sit with those emotions until we are ready. If we broke our ankle, we rest it and not put pressure on until it is healed. Same with our emotions. Big hugs to you 🥰

    I am loving how you are using the Hobonichi as a mood tracker! I have never been a journaler- leaving the inner workings of my brain on paper for someone else to read freaks me out - but I can see the benefit of the stickers so that I can track my moods. Those stickers are so cute!

      yes, it is a bit of a daunting thing to put your emotions on paper that can be read by someone else 😬. if that is a bit too much, you can start off doing colour coding or emoji stickers.
