Dealing with the loss of my Grandma has been one of the most challenging things I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve struggled with my own health (physical and mental) for a decade now, but nothing could’ve prepared me for the amount of pain that comes with losing your best friend. I just want to be a bit kinder to myself and know it’s okay to not be okay 🥺🤍

My intention this month and on going is to check in more often with my family and friends as i recently lost 2 of my brothers one to suicide and one to murder. Its important to be present to those that are important to you ❤ thank you for this opportunity to win the great products.
An intention I have for myself is to put myself out there. I think suffering from depression I tend to shut down when things aren’t working but I want to be able to deal with disappointments healthier and develop a more problem solving mentality. Recently I got accepted to uni with a merit scholarship but I still have to pay a substantial amount. Usually I’d instantly become depressed and negative but so far I’ve been dealing with it quite well and is on the hunt for possible external grants and scholarships. A factor that added to my overall approach this time is that I started exercising and eating healthier as that was my goal for June and I can actually say that it helps. I feel better physically and mentally and although I’m not 100% there yet I can see myself there one day. Going forward I’d love to see girl meets world content. I wanna see all your achievements whether major or minor, I wanna see new firsts for you, I wanna see you do stuff that makes you happy and ofc I wanna see everything beauty and health❤
