All the plotting of the previous episode undone by one conversation between Ho Ting Fong and Lok Fai. Luckily Mr Ho is a good, honest man and Lok Fai trusts him more than anyone else. It does worry me, though, that with over 20 episodes still to go, what is going to happen. If Ma Chun Yau and Kum Kong Hoi are not going to be the main villains for the rest of the series, then surely we won't have 20 episodes of family feuds especially now that the second generation all seem to be getting along already. I think Ma and Kum will have something more sinister in mind after this...
Why do you even care? The writing gets poorer with each episode. Can you believe the father is so stupid? The crooks aren't even that clever and their plots are juvenile. And Lok Fai trusts his friend Ho who knows everything. So how can Ma get away with his double crossing?
The Teng Bik Won character is somewhat believable because she was consumed by jealousy and feeling of being treated badly. Hell hath no fury than a woman scorned. But Lok Fai's stupidity is totally unbelievable given he was portrayed as a shrewd businessman.
