Actor Ryan Phillippe tells TODAY he trained hard for his role as military sniper in the upcoming television series “Shooter,” adding that he hit a 12-inch target from 900 yards. The actor, who has appeared in such war dramas as “Flags of Our Fathers,” also tells TODAY about his work with Hidden Heroes, providing support for veterans and their families.
