Uganda's problem is the way we are brought up, we don't have a unifying language like kenyans they have kiswahili but her,banganda,basoga,langis,acholis itesot bagisu banyankole are proud coz they speak their language so we don't have a common laring point as anationa language to explain these vices,en it was deliberately done coz for 40yr if jjajja had decided to implement it that we would be better placed
I think language isn't a problem but tribalism. Buri omu ayagara abewabwe era webasobya tabagambako contrary e Kenya even politician's children went to protest. They helped those who don't know English by explaining that Bill in all local languages used in Kenya and copies were everywhere on social medias, SACCO receptions in villages..... They do everything to make infos reach every one
