Green bean starch is the starch of green bean, it is white in colour, but sometimes labelled as green bean flour. If it is white in colour then should be the same. If it is greenish or yellowish then it is not the same, it is ground whole green bean.

You may just use rice flour if you don't have green bean starch, the texture is still acceptable.

是绿豆的淀粉 green bean/mung bean starch, 有时被标称为"green pea flour", 不是整个绿豆磨成用来做绿豆饼(带青黄色)的绿豆粉。如果找不到绿豆淀粉, 可以用超市比较容易找到的Hoen Kwee粉代替。
