Stokes, a failed and ridiculous Santa of department stores who can't help being more rogue than nice. Under his disproportionate red suit, Willie is actually a thief of safe boxes that hits every year on Christmas Day. When shoppers return to their homes, this Santa and his ingenious ELFO Marcus, Willie (Tony Cox) co-criminal dwarf, burst the store's safe and appropriate their holiday loot. They end up in Phoenix where Santa and his elf realize that his annual robbery is at risk because of a warehouse manager (John Ritter), a very detective mall detective (Bernie Mac), a sexy Santa fan (Lauren Graham) and an innocent but besieged 8-year-old misfit (Brett Kelly) who decides to believe that Willie so intoxicated, scathing and criminal is the true Santa he has always been looking for.
