I love using freshly reconstituted mustard powder for my Texas potato salad. It is so hot! and delicious! When you make mustard with the powder let it stand for 10 to 12 minutes so that the enzymes and go to work. Amazingly hot unto itself!

They are easy to chew and snap as you bite them and they are the same size They taste better than any onions I have had Now the homemade onion rings are made using large Vidalia onions and they cut them each morning and they use an egg wash and I believe flour and breading crumbs of some sort There is absolutely nothing in the world like the mini hot dogs that you can only find in Troy New York at Famous Lunch or hot dog Charlie's or Gus's these are small little hot dogs just a little bit bigger than a cocktail Frank and they are on their own special mini buns and the hot dogs are made locally by a company called Humbold's in Troy New York.
