It's been 2022 when I last play this game so when you tagged me in that other/older lis2 video, my memories are starting to come back :') and I remember how TRAGIC this ending is, and I cried at this option 😭. Everyone, including me, can agree this is the saddest (and worst) ending.
yea I've recently got into play all the LIS games and all of them get my emotions worked up. I felt extremely sad Sean dies after all he went through to keep him and his brother safe. This might be my favorite game from all the LIS series 😭
@Lagato445 Cool! I've played all of them, except for Double Exposure, but I did see gameplay from RUclipsrs, so that gotta count. XD I really got so emotional and formed my attachments to the lis series before then. I also love Lis2 as my number one lis game, Lis1 being 2nd and TC being the 3rd. I identify with Sean and Daniel a lot more. I got blood brothers in my first playthrough and ever since then, it's been my all-time favorite ending and I only like that ending because why give yourself into the police who will never give you good outcomes regardless of what you think. If I was in their shoes, I'm not surrending myself 🤣
@@nicatine For sure, I think blood brothers is one of the better endings too, due to the fact they are both alive and together, they may do questionable things at times, but they are survivors are do whats need to be done. I never understood how redemption is suppose to be the "good" ending because I feel bad Sean has to pay for something that wasn't his fault, and we can see how traumatic it was by him breaking down in front of Daniel later that night when they camped out. He had to give up so many years of his life and think that ending didn't do him justice, so i agree turning yourself into the cops did him no good and they never wanted to believe them or their story.
@@nicatine I'll have to check out double exposure, at first I thought it was a remake to LIS but saw its a direct sequel, didn't realize it came out recently too a few months ago.
@@Lagato445 None of the endings in Lis2 have "good" and "bad" endings haha, it was just a misconception people had at that time where they think if the brothers or one surrender they did the right thing like you do in real life and running away and never looking back to your past is considered "bad" because for some reasons, people think running away from your dangerous, horrible environment you were once in is a not good thing to do even though staying behind in such , isn't giving you a good outcome but only the bad and you're left with that. That's why I don't fw the USA justice system or ANY justice system in general, because in the end, not everyone is lucky to win in these kind of things. Double Exposure did received a lot of mixed reviews from critics. All because it didn't have Chloe Price. But don't let those reviews stop you from playing it yourself and if you end up liking DE, that's good! 💯
