I lived in Huntley until I was 9 or 10 years old. I first went to Legee elementary, then transferred to Martin elementary. During that time I rode mostly Internationals and even a few Thomas busses. Pretty old ones if I remember (late 90s sometimes). (This was in about 2012). I have since moved from Huntley, at my high school I ride a 2022 propane Vision, my school bus is the only 2022 in our fleet, the others are 2016s to 2019s. I have to say I prefer the diesel Internationals. As a student I think the International seats are far more comfortable, and have just a little more leg room as well. On the Vision my legs press into the seat and I must sit sideways. I also think the Internationals have smoother transmissions, not currently up and down shifting liker the Vision. That might be the difference between a diesel and a propane though, I'm not sure.
Very cool video. I didn't know until recently that there was propane powered school buses. I saw one of these drive by the other day and i was like "am i triping or did that bus sound like an old muscle car" lol
I think the driver accidentally left the reds on if they were on red override and forgot to turn them off or the driver accidentally hit the button and the reds came on
Wow! These new propane powered buses sound absolutely incredible. Such a deep tone.
Amazing Compilation! I always love the sound of these!
Same

My school has 8 2021 Bluebird visions (I think) and I love their sound of their engine! Btw, these new visions look AWESOME!!!
Just what I needed lol
They sound like these ford e450 fedex trucks
Well blue bird uses engines that are from Ford
1:18 the most aggressive upshift I've ever heard on a school bus
Best sounding school bus I've ever heard

Oh wow! And yes I have to say IC has more comfortable seats compared to the visions
2:37 is my favorite
Yes!! Love that engine!!! Could you do a COMP vid of the IC CE Propane?
Yes
Holy! Love the sound quality in your videos! I thought the 2022’s only came in LED’s? Maybe I’m wrong though, I swear they only come in LED now.

Bluebird vision great
i ride a 22’ bbv, and it sounds so good.
The first one sound so good
3:57 seems legit.
Lol driver forgot red override was still on
Isn’t that illegal to just keep driving like that? If any driver around here did that, they would’ve been sent back to training.
FAIL!
As a german we drove with a normal city bus to school or walked why has germany no school buses
I like that bus
Like the blue bird school bus with the clear white strobe lights blinking on top of the school bus I like school buses with that light on top
I saw that type of bus at the St.Louis Science Center
Like that bus
I'm ready to see the electric buses too
Are all the buses in your videos have incandescent lights?
Yes, the stop signs are also LED strobing
@@bluebird2866 nice, I like the incandescent lights better in my opinion
@@dustinlanphear422 Agreed.

3:59 uhmm bro, i think you have you stop lights on 💀.
what engine does this have
7.3 Godzilla V8
Mine has a spoiler on top
They sound like muscle cars.
i was gonna say they sound like Hemis
It’s the Godzilla engine, so yeah.
Why was it driving with the red loading lights on?
I think the driver accidentally left the reds on if they were on red override and forgot to turn them off or the driver accidentally hit the button and the reds came on
@3:59 did he not notice his stop signs we're out?
Yes, I wonder was it for a purpose
