Loving all the unhaul and read your TBR content you and a few of my other favorite booktubers are doing lately. It’s been giving me inspiration to unhaul and also read through some of my own physical TBR.

I love this! Oh my gosh! Is that a cat scratch house behind you. So cute! I DNFed A Slow Fire Burning. It was very dry. I've never read The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants books. They sound very nostalgic and cozy. Mary's Monster signed is fantastic!!!! Glad you are in your healing journey!

If only we could erase our memories and experience Goosebumps for the first time all over again!!! At least for me there are so many of them I never got to read when I was a kid so I feel like I am getting to have that experience now which is so great! One of my friends is collecting Goosebumps, but she's specifically trying to find the ones she liked growing up! I've similarly sought out books from my childhood, but I haven't really gone for a series. I still own all my Princess Diaries books and Anne of Green Gables, but I spent a while trying to find books by Robin McKinley in the same editions I read. I also want to expand my collection of Dear America/Royal Diaries books because I have at least a few, but I need to figure out what I actually have in storage before I start buying everything up, haha.
Also, I read Florida by Lauren Groff (because Florence references it in Florida!!!), and I think it was my first 1 star of the year, lol. I didn't realize it was a collection of stories, but I did not vibe with the writing so hard (aka the lack of quotation marks) and I immediately removed the author from my TBR.
Your book collection sounds awesome! Good luck with finding those missing pieces and those specific editions! Thats a great idea too to see what you have in storage! It can take so long to fully complete a collection like me with Goosebumps I feel like some of them are so hard to find in the right edition im looking for but slowley but surely hopefully we will get them!!!
OMG I recntly heard too that Florence references Florida by Lauren Groff in Florida!!! and it made me want to read it too!!! But now I think like you said I may just steer clear of it because I have heard another negative review so I think I will just pass, as much as I LOVE florence!!!!

It took me a min and a half to figure out what why you looked so different today lol. It's the eyes....you don't have eye shadow on lol 😅😅. (You don't have to wear make up, I'm not one of those girls. I'm just dumb for not realizing you weren't wearing your usual make up lol. Please don't take this as you need to wear makeup🫶🏻. Now I'm over explaining because people can be trolls on the internet)
Thank you so much because I appreciate you not saying I have to wear makeup, only because I do get SO self conscious about that fact so I always tend to wear it, so thank you for making me feel better about it if I dont want to I dont have to! It is appreciated and I am definitely working on not feeling self conscious about it haha!
@mikalareads I completely get it! I actually had to start tricking my brain to value compliments about things I've created, like makeup or outfit looks, more than compliment about my personal being. "I love your makeup">"you look pretty"
Not saying either compliment is bad, or wrong, but the compliment I will personally value more is things I've created.
