I think I spotted one cooktop with a fiddle and gimble? Whilst I can understand the gimble might be an over-kill in design for a narrow boat, the need for a fiddle to keep your hot pots on the cook-top when you suddenly incur turbulence, is a safety must. I have lost count of the number of times the main saloon has been destroyed by unexpected turbulence (inconsiderate boaters) sending scolding hot beverages in all sorts of directions. This is an OHS issue?
