I think the Alphys fight is really awesome, as it shows a sudden change in her character as a reaction to your actions. The music is great, so is the dialogue and I think the combinations of gaster blasters, mettaton weapons and puzzles is awesome. However, I do not like the Mettaton NEO fight as at this point he woild have no motive to kill you. Basically everyone is dead or fleeing at that point in the genocide route. Also, the repetiton of the previous fight idea is cool, but its kinda boring for the player to go through. You probably dont care about this as you didnt make them. You probably won't even read this. But I just wanted to write this, so there you go.
I think that maybe Mattaton NEO bossfight could be a thing in hard mode and that instead of Sans being the final boss of genoicde in hard mode it could be Alphys or something like that
