Hi. Same issue here and was fixed by myself by simply adding electrical tape on the screw and mount back the diesel fuel line support on the screw with tape. Is like that for 6 years and is perfect car.
You are a Rock Star. I was a weekend away from taking the entre dashboard out of my 2016 Kia Sorento. It has almost identical pipe brackets, which had more play even than yours. Pushed some spacers behind them. Problem gone. Almost 2 years of slowly going insane as the 'buzz' slowly got worse. Kia had no idea. I wouldn't of thought of this in a million years. Thank you!
Thank you so much for posting this video, had the same issue with our 66 Kia Sportage. Took it the local garage and they couldn’t fix the issue, came across your video and sorted myself within the hour. Brilliant! 👍
OMG. Hyundai replaced my gearbox under warranty for this noise. It went away for a short while and then came back. My turbo blew and was replaced and the noise went away for about 80,000kms. Just came back after a recent service where the fuel filter was changed. I was devastated thinking I would need a new turbo and the car is no longer in warranty. I’m so glad I found your video! It solved my problem. This noise is so annoying and so difficult to find because you can’t hear it under the bonnet, only in the car!
OMG I have been driven mad by the same issue. I did the same as you took dash off stereo out still this buzzing rattle. Just been out and noticed the right hand side pipe clamp not fitted back correctly. This must have been done when the car was serviced. Push the clamp home onto its bracket and guess what? No annoying rattle. Thank you so much for posting this video you have made my day Im buying you a pint of beer 🍺 if we ever meet.
Hi. It was driving me crazy as well. When I managed to find the problem I was so glad that I had to share it withe other "suffering" kamarades. Thanks for the beer ! Cheers!
Brilliant! Thanks so much! I just got a 2019 Tuscon and the damn vibration was so annoying - came across this by googling - husband was sceptical at first but after fiddling with those hoses solved the problem! My steering wheel is on the other side too so I was surprised it was the same thing. Husband then looked at your name and said "of course a Romanian has solved it"!!! - he happens to be Romanian too ;-) lol
Awesome video! Rattle been driving me nuts for about 6 months in my 2019 Santa Fe. Could have sworn it was coming from the dash! Santa Fe has one of those brackets not 2 as per your Tucson. But same result, I used a rubber O-ring as a dampener behind the bracket and re-tightened. Back to blissful silence again! I cant thank you enough for posting this video.
Hi. I took a piece of plastic and squeeze it there to put some presure. You can do it with a pieces of cardboard or any material that you can fold to make it thicker .
Thank you very much for help. Meanwhile i used cutted pieces of rubber disc to fix it. You can add to describtion that the problem appears on KIA Sportage too. They have the same problems because Tucson and Sportage QL shares the same engines! I am driving 2016 Sportage QL

Great idea, have you had any gearbox or clutch problems with this car? subbed.
I currently have 130k km and never had any issues with the car.
In a 2023 elantra with a dash noise during warmer months. Do you think that this could also be the problem?
Just try and see. This cars have Commons parts and I have în the comments People with kia's having this issue.
Are the clips in the same place on a right hand drive as a left hand drive?
I'd imagine the diesel filter is on the same side whether it's right or left hand drive.
yes - I'm in NZ with wheel on other side
ahhhh mine started right after a service that included the fuel filter and those brackets happen to support lines to the fuel filter
Where can i purchase these clips? :) Same problems on mine. Or any link/part number? thank you very much
He said that he has made them himself out of plastic.
