Suga has been playing piano since he was 7-8 years old and he has a song FIRST LOVE dedicated to his love for Piano. Also if you didn’t know he’s a producer too, he has produced songs for BTS, Halsey, Epik High, IU, Coldplay, Psy,…
Suga was actually auditioned in Bighit as a producer and underground rapper later he became an idol.

For Youth live is really gorgeous. And i would say i prefered the version of the PROOF mini concert live with a live band and chorus. The songs sound better with a live band and the boyz seem to groove and enjoy a lot when singing with a live band and chorus. Their voices also were freaking beautiful. No effect just their beautiful voices

Love your reaction, it is so great to hear the detailed analysis (and I love your comment on J-Hope’s sassy rap, totally agree). I do think though that Jimin is exploring different styles as well as the rest (for me, I’d say J-Hope has shown the most going outside of his usual style with the new songs - particularly Run BTS). I don’t know if you’ve heard “Run BTS” or Jimin/Sungwoon’s OST “With You” or “For Youth”. I feel like Jimin has explored other techniques/styles in those, with great success, while still retaining that distinctive sound that is immediately recognizable as him. Personally, I think that is a very hard thing to do, to do new styles while still keeping enough of the signature sound that you are immediately recognizable. I’ve always thought he has been a bit pigeon-holed into being a specific thing for BTS, and in this song I feel like his part was still in that slot and not having much opportunity to show any of the work that he has done. His solo work has consistently amazed me because each one is so different, while again, still being very much Jimin. He gets a bit of an opportunity to show some additional skills in Run BTS and to some degree For Youth.
It is NOT a hiatus just a break from group music not from all activity as a group. It's totally ok I get ppl are sad because it is an end of an era but I hope everyone will stop feeling sad soon because this is going to be an amazing chapter for BTS!!!!
It's just a musical break as a group, but their activities continue, and now they will focus on their solo work, it's really not like they're breaking up, or anything like that, you know.
Absolutely agree with you about Jimin's voice. Although he barely has much presence in the song his voice is stuck in my head. In most BTS songs which aren't rap heavy his voice kinda lives in my head. Before i knew BTS i had heard Dream Glow with Charli xcx and Jimin voice struck me immediately and wondered who he was. Looking forward to his album. If he is working with PDogg its a big deal. He is responsible for most BTS title tracks and a lover of falsetto :)

I love your reactions ! This performance was very emotional for me, and probabl for most of the ARMYs. I've been a BTS fan for a litle over 6 years now, and it would be no exaggeration to say that they changed my whole life. When I found out abt hiatus, the day after I came back home from my trip, I cried for a week, watching their performnces, but i'm glad that they will finally rest after so many years, and the ARMY will continue to support them on the way of their solo careers, and we will wait for our Kings to return to the big scene even stronger and more wonderful. Thank you so much for supporting them ! I purple you~! 💜
You need to see For Youth - BTS in the same recording M-countdown. It's more emotional I think.
Jimin's voice is amazing in the song "Love Myself". I could listen to his part all day. If you haven't already, check it out when you have time.

This performance made me emotional too! The first few days after this performance, I would watch it and sob. I think you'll like For Youth and the message of the song. It's a song they made for all the people - family, friends, staff, ARMY - that's been there with them throughout their career so far, throughout their 'youth'. If you'll react to it, I think it's better when you see the Proof Live rather than the lyric videos. The live performance hits you in the feels! I cried watching it and it hit harder after the announcement.

That was a great video. For me personally back when I still couldn’t individually tell them apart by their voices, I was able to always recognize V the most. Maybe it’s a bias for lower tones but to me his voice is insanely unique

I don't think they know what taking a break means. They actually performed a live concert in Busan October 15, 2022, and it was amazing. You could react to those performances. So JIN will be the first one to enlist in the ARMY on December 13, 2022, and he will be discharged June 12, 2024, and the other guys should be serving by mid 2023 so they will be able to complete their service by 2025. I do think their solo projects are a necessary process for them to complete as artists, and in order to be able to continue in the future with BTS moving forward. ARMY's will patiently wait for them.
By the way - Day - Chi - Ta - because the W is silent. If you listen to SUGA chant the word in the song, that is how he says it.
