That black pleated vintage top is great! Those type of pleats are called Fortuny pleats because they were used often in their fabrics. Both Issey Miyake and Mary McFadden used them as a signature fabric in their designs
I think Goodwill definitely curates inventory for a grand opening. Ive been to grand openings in Hollywood and LA and the finds are exceptional. If theres ever a grand opening in your area its a good idea to line up early!

Holy cow! Look at all these comments! This is amazing!?🙌🏽😃 So those adorable red "sauce dishes" as you called them 😂 are actually called ramekins. They're primarily for making single serving baked goods like a soufflé, or chocolate lava cake. So if the set in your closet isn't selling, check to make sure the word "ramekins" or "ramekin" is in the title. 😉

I love the mix of sourcing. Not everyone has access to the GW bins, so it’s nice to see what you find at the bins compared to what you buy at a traditional thrift store.

Reyn spooner reverse print is supposed to be faded on the outside but not the inside.
One of my best sales to date came from a local religious affiliated thrift store. It was a pair of Paul Smith boots i got for $3. So happy for you finding such great stuff!

Okay so I recently went to a goodwill grand opening and I had the same-ish experience! It definitely thought like they stocked up (Lots of Michael Kors , Kate Spade, Doonie & Burke, etc. bags!) and I went back a month later and it was no good *crying*, so hopefully yours is NOT like that and you have this experience all the time!! And I really love this video set up !! It was super entertaining! Hi from Oregon, reselling besties !

One of the Michigan stores renovated and for the reopening the other stores were told to send their high end items there. All was marked fairly high and they said they were told there would be no half off color for the first 30 days.
Minnesota Goodwills are gold - found Golden Goose on a trip there for $6.99 that I flipped for $400+ 🎉
