Husqvarna 365 Felling Pine Trees With Help - Pulling Trees With Ropes
Get yourself a tachometer Wooly. £20 or so online. You can use that to check the RPM wide open throttle to keep it under the max spec for each of your saws. You can also use it to see what RPM it pulls in the cut and under load, again against the spec for the saw. Those figures are published for all the Husqvarnas and can be found easily. It’s a cheap safeguard if you’re second guessing the tune by ear, something I also do.

She is running rich. You need to lean the high jet out.I ran 181 Husqvarnas back in the 80s falling timber. They were good saws except a vapor locking problem.I hate to tell you but a proper sharpening job would help your saw c Other wise a decent video.ut better.

Now sounds much better mate, I have to let my Husqvarna warm up for a minute or two before I can start to use it.
I would be happy with your 181 running the way it is, it cuts well.

Where did u get the carhart jack and which model is it. Not very many folk in the north stocking them. Looks a great jacket. Is it the sheep skin lined one .
