Harvey at 6:18 "this is radish" I assume that's good right? Think everyone got an equal share of the limelight this episode which made it much more entertaining!
It is simple to wrap vegetables when eating pork belly, but there is a philosophy in the diet of Asians, especially Koreans. Meat has negative energy, vegetables have positive energy, and ssamjang or garlic that we eat together is full of vitamins and digestive enzymes. There is a hidden wisdom to harmonize without being biased to either side. The good thing is that the more we share, the better our lives become. I hope the British people know that and enjoy it.
I would love to learn more about this "philosophy". As much as I love trying new foods... learning the history, traditions, applications, and context is *far* more interesting. I know I'll never get it perfect, but I would at least like to show that I respect everything surrounding the food.

How the video ends was just perfection... that series of 'unfortunate' events that happened within seconds, paired with the music.... Sublime! (and totally relatable!)
Josh and Ollie you are so terrific to these young men. You have given them an experience of a lifetime. God bless you all for being such role models to these young men.
It's truly heartwarming to get to see Mr. Smith go from guiding these kids into youngen. Then see him stand with them side by side and share these experiences as they continue to grow and mature. Amazing educator amd mentor. He truly should be proud of this journey. Well done Sir and well done Lads.
Watched these boys grow from outside school yard tasting sessions to fully leading their experiences in the 2 Korea trips. Thank you for blessing us with your wild joys - boys, Josh, Ollie and the crew. ❤
You sure can tell Josh as the Korean Englishman is famous and appreciated for what he's done to bring cultures together........I can honestly say over these years learning all about Korea has been a wonderful experience for me. He being invited to the Royal Dinner speaks volumes. I am just so happy to see this. Even the merchants are showing their appreciation. I smiled the entire time watching this newest video! Thanks for the wholesome, educational and amazing journey you have been taking us all on. ♥
I love their willingness to try new things (even with a little hesitation). Trying the snacks was more than the food but even more so making a positive, warm and respectful connection with the seller. It bodes well for their futures as life is so much richer and meaningful when willing to take risks.!
it's so great to see you guys start with these boys pre uni and then see these videos where you're drinking and having a great time. You two have had such a positive impact on them. Coming from an American...I wish more americans were like this

I would love to learn more about this "philosophy". As much as I love trying new foods... learning the history, traditions, applications, and context is *far* more interesting. I know I'll never get it perfect, but I would at least like to show that I respect everything surrounding the food.
I was sad to see them having such a hard time in the military, but seeing them having fun like this makes me feel good 😊😊
❤❤❤
How the video ends was just perfection... that series of 'unfortunate' events that happened within seconds, paired with the music.... Sublime! (and totally relatable!)
I want to take a trip to Korea so badly. This place looked beautiful.
Josh and Ollie you are so terrific to these young men. You have given them an experience of a lifetime. God bless you all for being such role models to these young men.
We need a Harvey and Nati series next please
I second this! Both such sweethearts😌🩷
So awesome to see a group of guys grow up and stay friends! Well done.
Nothing excites Armand more than
✨a l c o h o l✨😂😂
Students way Mitch.
Cheers!
I love their willingness to try new things (even with a little hesitation). Trying the snacks was more than the food but even more so making a positive, warm and respectful connection with the seller. It bodes well for their futures as life is so much richer and meaningful when willing to take risks.!
the last part of the video is so chaotic but in a fun way 🤣
it's so great to see you guys start with these boys pre uni and then see these videos where you're drinking and having a great time. You two have had such a positive impact on them. Coming from an American...I wish more americans were like this
Is it okay to say that Mr. Smith is like the luckiest headmaster to ever lived? Not every headmaster gets to live such a great life like him after all.
