Last time he was 6 but he somehow aged down to 5 years old So basically, the more he turns into a toddler, the more he ages down so thats why its a problem for them rn!

there was this animation error in the anime where when we see our precious baby tanjiro and precious baby nezuko tanjiro still has the burn mark on his face even though he got that burn mark when he was supposed to get it in the future
Did Koios give you the remote? I'm assuming he did, otherwise realities like this can't happen. Well, the first time was a demon, this one seems more spontaneous. Considering I see most everything, I'm going to take an educated guess and say that Koios gave you the remote.
