Was thinking about throwing my old 1660 Super in an old Dell with an i5 8400. Looks like it might be a decent combo for games 2020 and older, based off of 8400 and 1660 Super benchmarks I've seen. I can have a PC for guests.
both performs the same, imo the non f version is only required if dont plan to get a dedicated gpu anytime soon if which were the case you wouldnt be able to play vast majority of the games anyway so the f version is better provided you have a DGPU
